Conflict Mediation From individual conflicts to group polarities and whole group contention, we have experience in taking the most conflicted groups to constructive intervention and sustainable resolution. Our experience has revealed that most people entrenched in conflict have a stake in eliminating the stress and moving to solution. There are ways to bring conflicted parties to that outcome while preserving "face" with all concerned.

Facilitation We facilitate national conferences, corporate planning sessions, retreats and public hearings and meetings. We work with clients to determine desired outcomes and boundary conditions or constraints, and then design an agenda and process that achieves the stated outcomes.
